RubyMatilda keeps the data model intentionally small: authentication is handled by Clerk, payments by Stripe, support messages by Resend, and app entitlements by the RubyMatilda backend.
What We Process
We process your account email, Clerk user identifier, Stripe customer and subscription status, support form messages, and the minimum technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
Why We Process It
This data is used to sign you in, unlock paid RubyMatilda features, protect downloads, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and operate the website and backend reliably.
Third-Party Services
Clerk provides authentication, Stripe processes payments and billing portal access, Resend delivers support email, and PostHog may collect privacy-conscious product analytics when enabled.
