Account Access

You need a Clerk account to manage billing, refresh entitlement status, and access protected RubyMatilda downloads.

Billing

Stripe handles subscription checkout, one-time lifetime license purchases, invoices, and the customer billing portal. Subscription access depends on the billing status reported by Stripe.

License And Downloads

A valid subscription, active trial, or lifetime license unlocks RubyMatilda Pro features and protected downloads for the account that completed checkout.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass entitlement checks, resell download access, or use RubyMatilda infrastructure for unlawful activity.

Use the support form for account, billing, or product questions. We may need your account email to investigate billing and download access issues.
